Michelle joined Memoria in June 2023 as the Administrator at Faversham & Mid Kent Memorial Park & Crematorium and was promoted to Manager in 2024. Prior to joining Memoria, Michelle previously worked for over 28 years in the dentistry sector in a variety of roles including dental nurse, practice manager and more latterly as an administrator.

Harry joined Memoria in June 2023 as our Chapel Attendant at Faversham & Mid Kent Memorial Park & Crematorium. Prior to joining Memoria Harry initially worked for 15 years in customer services as a steward on a major cross-channel ferry operator. He then moved into the bereavement sector employed as a funeral director’s assistant with a family-owned funeral provider.

Prior to joining Memoria in April 2024, Phil worked in property and grounds maintenance, for both commercial and residential properties. Before this Phil ran his own business, landscaping and maintaining residential gardens.

Phil has always had a keen interest in horticulture, completing a college qualification in 2006, after changing his career path from mechanical fitting.
